  • I would recommend Pentagon Derby because the salesperson, Chris, was polite and knowledgeable without being pushy. On our first visit he realised we were not ready to discuss details, gave us his card and left us to it. When I contacted him with a minimum specification for the car I was looking for, he came back to me within 3 days, as promised, with a number of vehilcles that met the majority of my requirements. The negotiations were fair and delivery was timely. There was a problem with the speare wheel (it was missing!) but Chris dealt with this promptly.
